In a dark world, inspired by film noir and Japanese horror, a tap dancer plays an enigmatic installation of strobes and sensory soundscapes. A flood of optical illusions and alienating rhythms takes you on a surreal trip. Tap Noir is the latest project by tap dancer \/ choreographer Janne Eraker (NO) and light and sound designer Jorg Schellekens (NL). They place the rhythm and vocabulary of tap in a context of exclusively stroboscopic light and electronic sound. The result is an evocative piece in a one of a kind shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the premi\u00e8re there were shows at Motel Moza\u00efque 2023, Rotterdam \/ Grusomhetens teater, Oslo \/ DanseFestival Barents, Hammerfest \/ RAS, Sandnes AND: Tap Noir is currently still available for touring!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
